It’s a new month with a new assassination attempt on a former president, who happens to be running for President again. I quietly thought to myself, way back in July, the powers that be hate Donald Trump so much they will do everything in their power to stop him. Hell, they may even try to kill him. I actually verbalized that to someone, a former government official at that, when he asked who I planned to vote for. Of course, Merrick Garland, the illustrious current Attorney General of the United States, has stated that he will “spare no resource” in investigating this most recent attempt.
Who would have thought that Mel Brooks, some 45 years ago, could have so adeptly summed up the current state of affairs of our federal government. Ladies and gentleman, I give you some of the truest words ever utter in cinema about government, by Mel Brooks’ character, Governor William J. LaPetomaine in the most anti-woke movie ever created-”Blazing Saddles”.
In 2024, there is a daily bleating of “Harumph” in Washington, D.C., they have to protect their phoney baloney jobs. More and more people are beginning to take notice of the Administrative State that runs our country, not just the Deep State that continues to hold sway over elected officials and create endless wars.
There are nearly 3 Million Federal employees, which includes military personnel, both active duty and reservists. That number doesn’t include the millions more who depend on the Federal government for their paychecks, including myself. I work in healthcare, healthcare is 70-80% dependent on Medicare money in some shape, form, or fashion. That’s just healthcare. Think of every other private industry that benefits from government money. That’s why a government hammer can cost $1000. Someone has to pay for all that oversight.
Which brings me to Kamala Harris and the glowing endorsements she’s received from the Washington elite. She gets these endorsements from the likes of Dick Cheney and #1 daughter Liz Cheney because Kamala will not upset the Blob apple cart. Kamala has been endorsed by over 100 Republican higher ups because Donald Trump will “hurt real, everyday people and weaken our sacred institutions.” Sacred institutions? You mean like abiding by the Bill of Rights? Freedom of Speech, Freedom to Peaceably Assemble, Freedom of Religion and all those pesky things that get in the way of the Washington blob? Or maybe the real people that Donald Trump will hurt is the 1 million unelected Federal bureaucrats that willfully wreck havoc in our day to day lives.
No, all these supposed Republicans are endorsing Kamala Harris because Kamala will protect the Washington Administrative class. She will be an adequate Blob manager just like her predessesor Joe Biden, who held his first cabinet meeting last week in over 11 months. And deferred to First Lady President Jill Biden.
The Washington Administrative class consists of over 1 million unelected people who push paper and policy to the detriment of the country and are the source of billions if not trillions of dollars of government waste-taxpayer dollars. There are those who perform a legitimate service such as civilian employees in service to the military. Or the National Park Rangers or USDA Forest Rangers, making a pittance while Pencil Pushing Penny in cubicle D collects all manner of Federal benefits. The administrative class I speak of are those who are in positions of authority, issuing guidance and decrees without ever having been elected. One example are those within Health and Human Services who gave us the Covid guidance and subsequent mandates. Health and Human services has 60,000 employees including the likes of Anthony Fauci (now retired but receiving a Federal pension), Deborah Birx, Rachel Levine and Vivek Murthy. Dr. Mandy Cohen is the new director of the CDC and is now in charge of parrotting the Administrative class’ Covid narrative. The previous CDC Director, Dr. Rochelle Walinsky was also an Administrative class hire, shepherding us through the Covid crisis. This Administrative class puke, a medical doctor, made some of the worst statements during Covid. Here are some high points.
“CDC recommends that pregnant people receive the Covid-19 vaccine.” So for the first time in medical history, pregnant women (because biological men cannot get pregnant) should take an experimental vaccine. There is a hard and fast rule in medicine-YOU DO NOT EXPERIMENT ON PREGNANT WOMEN.
“Data have emerged again that [demonstrate] that even if you were to get infected during post vaccination that you can’t give it to anyone else.” The CDC had to walk that one back and say that it “reduces the risk of spreading Covid”. That’s because they know now that vaccine shedding is real.
These comments, in addition to the poor guidance from the CDC, all hails from the Administrative class. Closing of businesses-Administrative class directive from CDC. Closing of schools-Administrative class directive. The school closure was only supposed to be for a few weeks, that ended up lasting a year and a half. Closing of churches-Administrative class directive. Labeling of medical science that did not conform to the narrative-Administrative class directive that trickled down to social media sites with Mark Zukerberg and Jack Dorsey freely admiting they were pressured by the government to censor Covid information that did not conform to the narrative.
The Administrative ruling class are unelected and therefore bear no responsibility and in most cases cannot be fired. Most of the federal employees have union protection. The AFGE, American Federation of Government Employees counts their union membership at over 750,000 federal employees. Weeding out the administrative class is uphill sledding, but it needs to be done. If Donald Trump can beat the blob candidate, cackling Kamala, maybe his Cabinet Secretaries can start the weeding out process. These bureaucrats must be held accountable for their horrendous decision making. As there is another significant hurricane bearing down on Florida, I’m reminded of FEMA Director Michael Brown. “Brownie you’re doing a heckuva job,” said George W. Bush while the Lower Ninth Ward was neck deep in water after Hurricane Katrina. The Administrative class is a Washington bedsore that will never heal. This group needs to weeded out or at the very least punished for their poor behavior. If you can’t fire them, relegate them to public service in some inhospitable place, make them want to quit. The military does it regularly, why not civilians.
